About OTTO 600
OTTO 600 is a low-profile autonomous mobile base that transports carts, racks and application-specific top modules through factories and warehouses. Onboard lidar and safety sensing support localisation, route planning and obstacle avoidance around workers, vehicles and changing production layouts. Its compact turning envelope allows the platform to travel through narrow aisles and serve machines or work cells where larger material-handling vehicles have limited access.
The robot operates under OTTO Fleet Manager, which assigns jobs, coordinates traffic and interfaces with production or warehouse systems. Deployments can use standard carts, conveyor tops or custom fixtures for each load and transfer process. OTTO, now part of Rockwell Automation, supplies the system with deployment engineering, fleet software, service and integration support.
