About Reply
Reply is an Italian technology-services group organised as a network of specialised companies. Its robotics work combines robot integration, sensor processing, reality capture and digital twins with enterprise software. Roboverse Reply develops these systems for industrial and logistics environments, using simulation to test layouts, equipment and operating workflows before changes reach physical sites. The group also provides consulting, cloud and other digital services beyond robotics.
An example is its work with Otto Group and NVIDIA on a robotic coordination layer at Hermes Fulfilment’s Loehne logistics centre. A digital representation supports orchestration across robots from different manufacturers, fleet-management software and the warehouse-management system. NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac provide simulation infrastructure for evaluating new configurations. Reply delivers engineering and implementation services across development, rollout and scaling; it is not a robot manufacturer. Founded in Turin in 1996, the group is publicly listed in Italy under ticker REY.

- 2026-10-19 - Award - Reply earns NVIDIA Physical AI Specialization
Roboverse Reply’s work at Hermes Fulfilment’s Loehne centre links multi-vendor robot fleets with warehouse systems. NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac support simulation of layouts, robots and workflows before rollout. Reply provides engineering from simulation and AI training through integration, production rollout and scaling.

The layer links robot fleet-management tools with the warehouse-management system. Spot-mounted scanners and cameras captured the environment used to build the digital representation. NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac support virtual layouts, KPI calculations and evaluation of different robot configurations.
Source - 2023-10-12 - Partnership - Reply leads EU-funded Fluently human-robot collaboration project
The three-year programme aims to interpret speech, tone and gestures and translate worker input into robot instructions. A planned Fluently RoboGym training centre brings workers and robots together to develop collaborative production skills. The consortium brings together industrial and academic partners, including SUPSI, around an empathetic robot platform.
