About Robatech
Robatech’s adhesive systems melt or condition the selected hot-melt or cold adhesive and deliver it through heated hoses to application heads. Pumps, temperature control and pattern controllers regulate the material based on line speed and required bead geometry. Products are used in packaging, automotive, converting, building materials and other processes requiring repeatable bonding.
The certified UR+ Integration Kit mounts the application head and heated hose on a Universal Robots arm and adds cable-routing brackets and touchscreen visualisation. The operator programmes the glue path from the robot interface, allowing curved or three-dimensional parts to be coated without a dedicated custom machine. Robatech also offers integration kits for other robot suppliers, with the customer selecting adhesive, nozzle and process settings around the material and joint.
