About Roboneers
Roboneers develops Ukrainian unmanned and remotely operated systems for frontline defence. Its Lynx wheeled ground vehicles support logistics, casualty evacuation, reconnaissance and fire-support missions, and can be combined with Saber remote weapon stations for operated engagement while personnel remain under cover.
The portfolio also includes WarDog aerial vehicles, Skipper control hardware and Shadow AI simulation and operator-training tools. Cameras, navigation equipment and rugged mobility enable Lynx variants to cross difficult terrain and continue tasks after damage. Roboneers supplies deployed Ukrainian units and is working with ARX Robotics on joint production and scaling of robotic complexes.

- 2026-10-04 - Partnership - ARX Robotics and Roboneers expand partnership into system integration and joint development
The agreement was signed in the presence of German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. It builds on their June 2026 ARX Industries production joint venture for Rys Pro UGVs in Ukraine and Germany. The companies already supply ground drones to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Codification clears Lynx+ for Ukrainian operational use and is expected to make the UGV available through the Brave1 marketplace for ePoints. Roboneers said the approval opens the way to centralised procurement and scaled production of the platform.

ARX Robotics and Ukrainian Roboneers formed ARX Industries, a German-Ukrainian joint venture to serially produce Rys Pro UGVs in Germany and Ukraine. Reports describe first-year production plans of several thousand Rys Pro systems. The JV is intended to scale toward high five-digit annual production capacity across Germany and Ukraine.
