Fuzhou Rockchip Electronics designs system-on-chip processors for edge computing, vision, multimedia and connected devices. RK3588 combines four Cortex-A76 and four Cortex-A55 CPU cores with Mali graphics, a neural-processing unit, dual image-signal processors and hardware codecs for high-resolution video.
Multiple camera, display, PCIe, Ethernet, USB, serial and storage interfaces let equipment makers use the processor in machine-vision systems, industrial computers, smart cameras and robots. Rockchip also supplies lower-power application and vision processors for cleaning robots, access systems and embedded AI. Its chips run Android or Linux and are deployed through modules and boards made by Rockchip and third-party hardware partners.
