About SUNCAR
SUNCAR engineers electric powertrains and high-voltage systems for construction machinery, commercial vehicles and specialist mobile equipment. Work starts with feasibility and system sizing, then covers electrical schematics, cable harnesses, mechanical packaging, thermal design, vehicle controls and operator interfaces. The company converts diesel platforms, develops prototypes and carries selected components into series production.
FUSION distribution units connect and protect battery packs and high-voltage loads, INTERFLOW and MEGAFLOW provide fast-charging interfaces, and INSIGHT adds remote diagnostics over mobile networks. MOVASYST supplies excavator assistance functions for productivity and safety. Reference programmes include a 13.5-ton electric excavator with a 200-kilowatt-hour battery and 150-kilowatt charging, plus the eXact research excavator using electric linear actuators, regenerative drives and networked safety controls. SUNCAR combines these products with customer-specific integration from concept through production support.
