Sunrise Robotics develops autonomous robotic cells for high-mix manufacturing. Its approach combines perception, manipulation and task software so a cell can handle variation in parts and processes without the extensive fixtures and line-specific programming required by conventional automation.
Systems are designed to fit existing production lines and take on repetitive operations while human staff move to supervision and higher-value work. Sunrise develops the robot intelligence, integrates hardware and commissions applications around customer workflows.
