Bowintec develops embodied-AI systems for variable industrial work, combining robot hardware, task models and production data. Its first platform, BW10-Lite, is aimed at repetitive material handling, palletising and machine-tending duties that change by product or line configuration. The company is preparing the robot for small-batch production after prototype verification and extended-operation optimisation.
The wider platform connects scenario analysis, product configuration, data collection, model training, task management and operating feedback. Bowintec targets automotive, new-energy, semiconductor, appliance and logistics environments, with workflows including assembly, inspection, sorting and line-side supply. A joint RoboFab project with United Automotive Electronic Systems provides an automotive-electronics setting for this approach. The company was co-founded by Bosch-linked Boyuan Capital and Galbot and raised nearly RMB300 million in pre-Series A financing in May 2026.
