About Vnstar Automation JSC

At VMIC, a UR10e performs a combined pick-and-place and machine-tending sequence. Vnstar programmed the robot and integrated its tooling and controls with the surrounding production line, then supported commissioning at the customer's site.

The project shows the company's role at the application layer: a standard cobot becomes part of a working machine process through local programming, fixtures and production engineering. Servo Dynamics participated as the local robotics partner.

  • 2019-10-15 - Deployment - Vnstar and Servo Dynamics deliver UR10 automation at VMIC

    VMIC’s engineering team completed the integration in 25 to 30 days after three days of classroom training and two days of hands-on instruction. The cobots increased productivity by two to three times while improving consistency in mining-vehicle component production. VMIC reported a 50 to 60 percent increase in orders after the automation was introduced.
