  The goods-to-person system now fulfills about 15,000 grocery totes a day for roughly 7,000 Rotterdam-area customers, replacing long walking routes in the Home Shop Center. The installation uses 377 R5 robots, 45,000–49,000 bins and 56 ports—two CarouselPorts, 34 RelayPorts and 20 ConveyorPorts—with SynQ WMS integration. AutoStore eliminated about 750 km of daily warehouse walking, while its modular design and redundant robot operation support growth and 24/7 delivery-window reliability.
