About CarryPick
CarryPick is a modular goods-to-person storage and order-picking system built around Swisslog and KUKA KMP600 mobile robots. The vehicles navigate a floor grid, collect mobile inventory racks and carry them to staffed workstations. Pick-by-light and pick-pointer guidance supports item selection while reducing walking through storage aisles.
Operators can change rack configurations for different product sizes and expand capacity by adding vehicles or racks. Fleet redundancy allows another vehicle to take over work if one unit is unavailable, and manual picking remains possible during reduced operation. SynQ software coordinates storage and picking allocation, while the low infrastructure requirement supports installation in buildings with restricted ceiling height; Swisslog gives a typical complete-installation time of under six months.
