About VATN Systems
VATN's product range extends from complete underwater vehicles to sensing and navigation systems that can be used on other platforms. Its S6 is a compact, portable vehicle, while the larger S12 provides more space and endurance for mission equipment. The EYRA acoustic-array range includes rigid-mount and custom-geometry configurations.
The company's separate software and electronics offering covers inertial navigation, acoustic signal processing, sensor fusion and mission planning. These systems are designed for underwater operation where satellite navigation is unavailable and communication is constrained. This gives VATN two routes to customers: supplying an integrated vehicle or providing the perception and navigation elements for another manufacturer's maritime platform.
