Dolphin 3 takes a different form as a remotely operated rescue buoy that can travel to a person in the water, right itself after capsizing and return automatically. Larger security and firefighting craft use the same principle of combining a specialised hull, mission sensors and remote or autonomous control around one operational workflow rather than treating every vessel as a general-purpose boat.
