About VICTUS Technologies
VICTUS Technologies develops software for vehicles operating with unreliable or unavailable satellite navigation. Its PhantomNAV module uses onboard inertial sensing and machine-learning state estimation to provide position corrections to an existing autopilot. The software is deployed on the host platform's compute, allowing engineers to add navigation resilience without a dedicated VICTUS navigation device. The current platform covers air and maritime applications, with subsea, ground and orbital support on its development roadmap.
VICTUS configures models for the vehicle and operating environment, using simulation and hardware noise profiles before deploying an onboard inference package. Its wider Contested Autonomy Platform includes mission orchestration and recognition modules that can be integrated with other autonomy systems. Founded by combat aviation and unmanned-systems veteran Jesse Hamel, the company raised a seed round led by Bow Capital in March 2026 to develop the platform and expand customer engagements.
