About Buntar Aerospace
Buntar Aerospace is a Ukrainian developer of reconnaissance aircraft and mission software, founded in August 2023. Its Buntar-3 is an electric fixed-wing aircraft with vertical take-off and landing, intended for tactical reconnaissance under electronic-warfare pressure. Buntar Copilot combines mission planning with weather, terrain and DELTA battlefield information, then supports flight and payload control within the same application.
The Remote Control feature separates the launch crew from the pilot and payload operator. Technical personnel prepare the aircraft, antenna and communications relay near the launch point; operators can manage the mission from a protected location with an internet connection. Video, aircraft telemetry, antenna telemetry and logs use separate data streams. Buntar-3 and Copilot are in frontline use in Ukraine, while the company is expanding production and developing additional defence and dual-use systems.
