About Wauseon Machine
Wauseon Machine's manufacturing activities now operate through two specialised businesses. Integrion Automation designs and integrates robotic cells, controls and custom production systems, while Steelcrest Precision provides machining and fabrication. The reorganisation preserves the Wauseon operating lineage but separates automation projects from component manufacturing under dedicated brands.
Integrion carries equipment from mechanical and electrical engineering through build, programming, installation and field service. Its Wauseon TubeTech division supplies end-forming, bending, swaging and trimming machines for tube diameters up to three inches, with robotic loading, part transfer and assembly available around the forming process. The organisation has completed more than 450 robotic integrations and supports installed systems with maintenance, troubleshooting, retrofits, warranties and spare parts.

- 2026-01-21 - Org Change - Wauseon reorganizes as Integrion and Steelcrest
The reorganization was publicly detailed on January 21, 2026. Integrion carries forward automation, field service and tube-forming systems while Steelcrest handles precision machining and fabrication. Both operating companies sit under Cornerstone Corporation, replacing the former single Wauseon Machine identity.
Source - 2025-08-06 - Partnership - Wauseon Machine and Kawasaki Robotics demonstrate tube-forming automation
Wauseon’s End Forming Machine demonstration integrates Kawasaki Robotics hardware with tube end-forming and finishing equipment in a coordinated automation cell. The partners scheduled demonstrations at AME in Grand Rapids on August 6–7, 2025 and FABTECH in Chicago on September 8–11, 2025 for automotive and industrial manufacturers. The collaboration is intended to give customers flexible, scalable automation cells that combine robotic material handling with Wauseon’s precision tube-forming process.
