About Matrix Design
Matrix Design engineers and integrates industrial automation for machining, assembly and production handling. Its systems cover machine tending, deburring, washing, laser marking, packaging, palletising and custom material movement, combining robots with fixtures, safety equipment, controls and process machinery around a manufacturer's parts and cycle requirements.
M-Tend is a pre-engineered, skid-mounted tending cell built around a FANUC CRX collaborative robot. Configurations can add part-staging nests, wash and blow-off stations and floor-scanner safety, with the cell movable between compatible machines. Matrix also delivers larger multi-robot lines and supports projects from simulation and mechanical and electrical design through installation, commissioning and ongoing service.
