XianTu Origin is a Beijing robotics startup formed by a team with roots in the National University of Defense Technology robotics laboratory. It is developing quadruped systems for hazardous and specialised work and mobile manipulators for industrial and power-sector settings. The company describes its focus as practical task execution rather than demonstration-only platforms.
In September 2026 it disclosed a seed round of tens of millions of yuan led by Qifu Capital. The capital is intended for product R&D, production preparation and deployment validation, with small-batch quadruped shipments targeted for 2026. That target is not evidence that production shipments have already begun.
