GST 120 Plus

GST 120 Plus is a self-propelled platform that carries soft vehicle targets through repeatable ADAS and automated-driving test scenarios. It reaches 130 kilometres per hour and measures 3,160 by 1,680 by 100 millimetres, giving test teams a low-profile carrier that can represent traffic moving at motorway speeds without placing a conventional vehicle in the collision path.

The platform stores 5.9 kilowatt-hours of energy and can be coordinated with AB Dynamics driving robots and track-test software for multi-actor scenarios. Its role is to move a separate soft target body along a defined trajectory; the carrier is therefore distinct from the visual target mounted above it. GST 120 Plus is the current high-speed member of the GST family and is designed around Euro NCAP and ISO 19206-3 test methods.
