Inspector V8

Inspector V8 is Taurob’s tracked inspection robot for hazardous industrial facilities. Its movable sensor arm reaches equipment designed around a human viewing height and gathers panoramic and close-up imagery, thermal measurements, audio and 3D scans. An optical gas-imaging camera and optional multi-gas sensor extend the inspection configuration. Articulated tracks negotiate uneven ground and industrial stairs inclined up to 45 degrees.

The robot supports teleoperated inspection and autonomous rounds, with up to four hours of mission runtime and charging in an ATEX Zone 1 docking station. Taurob’s EasyDriveWeb, EasyMission and Admiralty software provide remote driving, mission planning and fleet coordination. A flexible API connects inspection data to customer systems, digital twins and third-party analytics. IP67 protection and a −20°C to 60°C operating range suit exposed process-industry sites.
