About Buffer-One
Galam Robotics Buffer-One is a modular robotic buffer for warehouses and distribution centres. Stacked modules store bins or packages directly and move multiple loads in parallel, supporting containers up to 600 by 400 millimetres and 30 kilograms. Configurations range from about 50 to 5,000 bins and can exceed 2,000 bin movements per hour.
The wired architecture removes onboard batteries and connects to existing conveyor flows at the required points. Buffer-One can sequence, accumulate and release inventory while using vertical building space, with installation height starting around three metres. Power demand scales with configuration, and the exact module count, conveyor interfaces and control integration are designed around each facility.
