FlexPro FE060-25-EM

ADVANCED Motion Controls’ FlexPro FE060-25-EM is a PCB-mounted digital servo drive with EtherCAT communication. It accepts a 10-to-55-volt DC input and delivers up to 25 amps continuously or 50 amps at the specified peak condition. The 38.1 by 25.4 by 16-millimetre module weighs 22.7 grams and can control three-phase brushless, single-phase brushed, voice-coil or closed-loop stepper motors.

Current, velocity and position loops support networked commands, analogue input, indexing, jogging, step-and-direction and encoder following. Feedback choices include incremental encoders, Hall sensors, tachometers, BiSS C-mode and EnDat 2.2 absolute encoders; safe-torque-off inputs and electrical protection functions are built in. Motor sizing, cooling, bus capacitance, feedback wiring and host motion logic determine performance in a finished axis or machine.
