About Alpha Grill

Alpha Grill uses two heated platens to cook both sides of multiple burger patties simultaneously. Automated mechanisms load the cooking area, control time and temperature, transfer finished patties to a warming tray and clean the cooking surface after each batch. Stored recipes configure cooking conditions for different proteins, thicknesses and menu requirements.

The system produces more than 200 burgers per hour and reduces repeated pressing, flipping and unloading work at the grill station. ANIAI’s Alpha Cloud and vision tools support operating data, recipe management and patty-quality workflows across installed kitchens. The product is commercially deployed in restaurant locations and supplied with onboarding, training, service and performance review.

The deployment placed Alpha Grill systems into multiple South Korean restaurant kitchens. Lotteria, part of Lotte GRS, was named among the participating chains.

  • Aniai raises USD 12M pre-Series A for burger-cooking robots

    2024-01-23 - Funding - InterVest led the round, bringing Aniai total funding to USD 15 million. The capital supported Factory One manufacturing in South Korea and Alpha Cloud software for the cooking robot.
