XBOT Service Robot

XBOT’s InSpace beverage kiosks combine robotic arms with drink-making equipment inside a compact customer-facing station. The C5 uses two arms and can prepare two cups together, while the smaller C3 uses a single arm. These formats automate beverage preparation at a fixed installation, with separate configurations for coffee and ice cream.

An onboard vision system monitors details such as cup position and milk foam during preparation. Fleet software supports remote diagnostics, menu changes and firmware updates across installations. Operators can also customise the customer-facing AI avatar and branding, while external cameras support analysis of customer footfall and dwell time around the kiosk.
