About Robot Cook-e

Robot Cook-e is the automated meal-preparation system inside Cook-e's self-service restaurant point. It is intended for continuously occupied sites such as workplaces, hospitals, hotels, railway stations and airports. Customers place and pay for an order at the unit, choose portion size, protein and toppings, then collect a hot dish in about five minutes or a cold dish in about two minutes.

The commercial format combines cooking equipment, chilled storage and the customer interface in an unattended installation. Cook-e positions it for round-the-clock service with about 30 minutes of daily operator work for replenishment and routine handling. The system is designed around vending-style operating procedures and HACCP food-safety requirements, allowing venue operators to add prepared meals without staffing a conventional kitchen throughout the service period.
