Delivery Robot R3

About

About Delivery Robot R3

Avride's Delivery Robot R3 is an autonomous sidewalk vehicle for local-order transport. Its cargo bay carries up to 25 kg and uses a multi-order compartment, while the platform travels at up to 8 km/h. The current specification gives a 50 km range per charge and a body measuring 915 mm long, 659 mm wide and 851 mm high before the safety flag.

The R3 combines wireless charging, a swappable battery and all-weather operation for repeated fleet use. Its suspension is designed for obstacles up to six inches, and the outward-facing interface uses animated expressions and audio notifications around pedestrians. The product is aimed at delivery fleets that need a compact vehicle to move prepared orders between local businesses and customers without a driver onboard.
