M10 Tug AV

M10 Tug AV is a low-profile autonomous vehicle that travels beneath compatible carts, automatically hitches and unhitches them and moves material through manufacturing operations. Bastian positions it for pallet transport, assembly-line conveyance and lineside delivery.

The natural-feature navigation system uses 2D lidar and virtual path planning. Bastian specifies 1,000 kilograms of carrying capacity, 0.83 metres per second maximum forward speed, bidirectional travel, Category 3 safety sensing and a 24-volt electrical system.
