About

About Borg 01

Borg 01 is Borg Robotics' modular humanoid programme for industrial handling and repetitive factory work. Its announced architecture pairs a human-scale upper body with interchangeable bipedal and wheeled lower-body configurations. Swappable end effectors include vacuum grippers and five-finger hands, allowing the system to be adapted around different objects and handling tasks.

The wheeled configuration was designed for efficient movement around existing factory and warehouse layouts, with an optional four-arm arrangement for selected workflows. Borg presented the platform alongside industrial mobile robots as part of a coordinated automation system. The company announced a planned 2025 introduction and continues to describe its autonomous-workforce programme as in development.
