BW10-Lite

About

About BW10-Lite

BW10-Lite is Bowintec's wheeled dual-arm industrial robot for handling, machine tending, sorting, assembly and inspection. Two seven-axis arms work above an omnidirectional chassis with four-wheel steering and drive. Cameras, lidar and ultrasonic sensors provide perception, while dual hot-swappable batteries support extended operation across factory shifts.

Bowintec combines the hardware with its Bolt industrial model and BEAmm-S management software for task interpretation, training and execution. The company reports validation on United Automotive Electronic Systems production lines and is developing applications across automotive, electronics and logistics environments. Its commercial programme includes a multiyear agreement covering BW10 and BW10-Lite robots. The two models address different load requirements, while BW10-Lite provides the initial lightweight industrial configuration.
