About Vista Ultra
Vista Ultra uses Cepton’s MagnoSteer imaging architecture to generate up to 6.6 million points per second across a software-definable 120-by-25-degree field of view. It detects 10%-reflective targets at 300 metres and can concentrate resolution within selected regions of interest.
The compact sensor is designed for integration behind windscreens, within rooflines and in vehicle bodywork. Cepton develops Vista Ultra for mass-market ADAS and automated-driving programmes through automotive qualification and manufacturing support. Cepton has operated as a wholly owned Koito Manufacturing subsidiary since January 2025.
