Clone Humanoid

About

About Clone Humanoid

Clone Alpha uses a biomorphic architecture organised around synthetic muscular, skeletal, nervous and vascular systems. Its Myofiber actuators attach to anatomical points on the skeleton and combine rapid contraction with high force-to-weight performance, while water and electricity provide the operating medium and power.

The android pairs its soft body with edge GPU compute and a natural-language interface. Clone is offering an initial Alpha Edition of 279 units, positioning the platform as an early product for developers and users exploring human-scale locomotion, manipulation and social interaction.

Context

Market context

Clone Humanoid is Clone Robotics' musculoskeletal humanoid platform built around artificial muscles and human-anatomy-inspired actuation.

  • Target environment: Robotics labs, humanoid R&D environments, manipulation test settings and demonstrations of anatomically inspired robot motion.
  • Workflow context: Humanoid actuation research, manipulation, human-like movement, full-body coordination and artificial-muscle system development.
  • Customer context: Researchers, robotics partners and investors evaluating musculoskeletal humanoid hardware as an alternative to conventional electric-joint designs.
  • Deployment model: Prototype-stage humanoid program centered on proprietary actuation, tendon-like mechanics and integrated humanoid hardware.
  • Commercial maturity: Prototype with strong public technical identity and media visibility, but limited evidence of customer deployments.
  • Adoption constraints: Adoption depends on actuator durability, control reliability, manufacturing repeatability, safety, cost and useful task execution beyond demonstrations.
  • Market position: Anatomy-inspired humanoid platform that differentiates through musculoskeletal actuation rather than standard rigid-joint robot design.
  • Adjacent products: Figure 03, Tesla Optimus, Apptronik Apollo, EngineAI PM01
