About ASDA-B3 Servo Drive

Delta’s ASDA-B3 Series closes position, speed and torque loops around compatible AC servomotors for industrial machinery and automation. It provides up to 3.1 kHz response bandwidth and 24-bit absolute or incremental encoder options, giving 16,777,216 counts per revolution. Auto-tuning, vibration suppression and system-analysis functions support commissioning around machine mechanics.

The family spans 220 V models from 100 W to 3 kW and 400 V models from 1 to 8 kW. Control and network variants include pulse train, RS-485, CANopen, DMCNET and EtherCAT, with Safe Torque Off available on selected configurations. Machine builders match the drive with motor inertia, power, brake, encoder and communications requirements.
