SINAMICS S210 combines a compact converter with Siemens SIMOTICS servo motors through a single cable carrying power, brake and encoder data. The drive controls speed, torque and position for highly dynamic axes while automatic motor recognition and one-button tuning shorten commissioning.

The range covers outputs from approximately 50 watts to seven kilowatts and integrates with SIMATIC controllers through PROFINET. Safety functions and motion libraries support packaging machines, pick-and-place systems, printing, handling and processing equipment requiring repeatable synchronised movement.
