DENSO VS-050

DENSO VS-050 is a compact six-axis industrial robot for handling, assembly and machine-tending cells with limited floor space. The arm carries up to four kilograms, reaches 505 millimetres and repeats positions to within ±0.02 millimetres.

DENSO quotes a 0.35-second standard cycle and maximum composite speed above nine metres per second with the RC8 controller. The standard robot is IP40, while a protected IP67 option supports harsher production environments. Its 27-kilogram robot unit can be integrated into electronics, automotive-component and general manufacturing equipment.
