HORST1000 G2 is fruitcore robotics’ six-axis industrial robot for machine tending, parts handling and other factory automation. It combines a 1,141-millimetre reach with a maximum payload of 16 kilograms and a nominal load of 12 kilograms. The compact arm is designed to reach into machines while moving tools and components through its workspace.
About
fruitcore robotics’ HORST1000 G2 is a six-axis industrial robot for machine loading, parts transfer and process automation. It provides 1,141 millimetres of reach, a 12-kilogram nominal load under VDI 2861-2 and a 16-kilogram maximum payload when the load is attached within the specified centre-of-gravity conditions. The 105-kilogram arm repeats positions to ±0.05 millimetres.
Axes four through six are protected to IP65, with IP54 across the remaining structure and ISO Class 6 cleanroom classification for the stated configuration. A 230-volt control unit and 13.3-inch operating panel run horstOS, which combines visual programming, textual tools, parallel processes and more than 200 prepared components or projects. TCP/IP, XML-RPC, Profinet and Modbus interfaces connect machines and peripherals without making an external PLC mandatory for every cell.
