iER100-3000

ESTUN's iER100-3000 is a floor-mounted six-axis arm for cells that require a large working envelope and substantial tooling or part capacity. Its 3,000-millimetre maximum reach and 100-kilogram rated payload support handling, loading and process applications selected by the integrator. AC servo drives actuate the six joints, while the controller, end effector and surrounding equipment determine the completed automation cell.

The manufacturer lists repeatability of plus or minus 0.06 millimetres and a robot-body mass of 1,053 kilograms. Wrist protection is IP65 and the main body is IP54; listed installation conditions include ambient temperatures from zero to 45 degrees Celsius and elevations below 1,000 metres. Payload rating alone does not settle an application: centre of gravity, wrist inertia, joint limits, mounting, cycle time, cabling and guarding all require engineering against the exact tool and workpiece.
