iER220-3100-P

ESTUN iER220-3100-P is a six-axis industrial robot for heavy workpiece handling and die-casting automation. Its 220 kg payload and 3,100 mm reach give it a larger working envelope than the 2,703 mm model in the same high-protection range. The floor-mounted arm weighs 1,345 kg and provides ±0.06 mm repeatability, with an IP67 wrist and IP65 main body.

ESTUN pairs this model with automated casting cells that combine part extraction, spraying, inspection, cooling and subsequent handling. AC servo drives control the joints, while a separate cabinet and teach pendant provide motion control and local operation. Modbus TCP and TCP/IP are standard controller interfaces; EtherNet/IP, PROFINET and EtherCAT are optional configurations. The arm’s 0–55°C operating range is separate from the cabinet’s 0–45°C limit. Gripping and process equipment are configured for the workpiece and cell.
