E3 Medical Drone
About
About E3 Medical Drone
E3 is Everdrone's in-house medical-delivery aircraft for dispatching defibrillators and other urgent equipment to emergency scenes. It replaces the company's earlier platform based on commercial components and doubles payload capacity to 4.5 kilograms. The aircraft is built for Nordic weather, including cold, snow, rain and strong winds, and is intended to fly faster and farther than its predecessor.
When an eligible emergency call is received, the service can launch E3 automatically from a fixed base while an operator monitors the autonomous flight. Payload options extend beyond automated external defibrillators to adrenaline, opioid-overdose antidotes, bandages and tourniquets. Everdrone began deploying E3 into its existing Västra Götaland service area in 2026 as the platform entered commercial rollout and clinical evaluation with emergency-care partners.
