About EMA-100 Electromechanical Actuator

EMA-100 converts rotary motor motion into linear travel through a precision ball-screw assembly. The modular body supports different strokes, screw leads and mounting arrangements and can be paired with AC induction or servo motors to meet the required positioning accuracy and control response.

The actuator supports dynamic axial force up to approximately 82 kilonewtons, static load up to 106 kilonewtons and linear speed approaching 890 millimetres per second in selected configurations. Integrated lubrication and sealing support heavy handling, presses, material processing and other machinery replacing hydraulic cylinders with electrically controlled motion.
