About Haribit
HARIBIT's BHR series is a full-size bipedal humanoid for locomotion research and customised robot development. The platform combines six-axis legs with arms configurable between four and seven degrees of freedom, depth cameras, lidar and an Intel Core i7 computer. The 2025 configuration is approximately 1.6 metres tall and weighs 60 kilograms, with a stated two-hour operating time.
BHR development covers walking, running, hopping and other coordinated movement, alongside manipulation in spaces designed for people. Windows and Linux software support application work, while additional head, waist and arm movement can be selected for particular projects. Optional equipment includes multi-degree-of-freedom hands and human–robot parallel teleoperation. Custom arm functions include carrying loads, opening doors and pushing carts, giving researchers several ways to combine mobility and handling on the same body.
