About CSG-2UH Gear Series
CSG-2UH is a strain-wave reduction gear family from Harmonic Drive with a precision cross-roller output bearing integrated into the assembly. The construction gives robot and machine designers a compact, zero-backlash transmission that can carry output loads without a separate external bearing.
The series spans sizes 14 through 65, reduction ratios from 50 to 160 and maximum torque ratings from 7 to 6,175 Nm. Harmonic Drive also offers the family with its Triangle Technology geometry for higher torsional stiffness, transmission accuracy and dynamics. Industrial robots, humanoid joints, gripping equipment and precision machinery are among the intended integration environments.
