CSG-2UH Gear Series

CSG-2UH is Harmonic Drive’s strain-wave gear family with an integrated precision cross-roller output bearing. The compact assembly combines reduction gearing and load support for robot joints, gripping axes and industrial machinery, reducing the number of separate bearing and transmission components required around an axis.

The current family spans sizes 14 to 65, reduction ratios from 50 to 160 and maximum torque from seven to 6,175 newton-metres. It is designed for zero backlash and long-term transmission precision. Standard strain-wave versions sit alongside Triangle Technology variants with higher torsional stiffness, accuracy and dynamic performance.
