JAKA Zu7

JAKA Zu7 is a compact six-axis collaborative robot for assembly, pick-and-place and machine-tending tasks. It carries seven kilograms, reaches 819 millimetres and repeats positions to within ±0.02 millimetres, with maximum tool-centre-point speed quoted at 2.5 metres per second.

The arm supports graphical programming, drag-and-teach operation, SRCI and offline programming. JAKA specifies IP54 protection for the arm, IP44 for the controller and nominal power consumption of 350 watts. Zu7 occupies the lighter-payload position in the Zu family and is distinct from the longer-reach, higher-capacity Zu18.
