About JOUAV PH-20
PH-20 is JOUAV's six-rotor heavy-payload aircraft for inspection, mapping, security and emergency-response work. Its carbon-fibre structure, plug-in arms and common electrical payload interface support LiDAR, RGB or oblique cameras, EO/IR gimbals, spectral imagers and synthetic-aperture radar. Maximum takeoff weight is 24.9 kg, with payload capacity up to 10 kg.
Flight time varies materially by configuration: JOUAV specifies 100 minutes empty, 55 minutes at full payload, 70 minutes with a gimbal camera and 75 minutes with LiDAR. Four-way millimetre-wave radar supports obstacle avoidance, while the controller uses sensor redundancy and emergency protection. Maximum speed is 20 m/s, operating radius reaches 30 km and the airframe is rated IP45.

2023-12-05 - Product Launch - The announced payload limit increased from 6 kg to 10 kg, with an open mechatronic interface for LiDAR, gimbal cameras, speakers and lighting equipment. Launch specifications listed 75 minutes of endurance, 18 m/s maximum speed and a 30 km communications range. The new configuration added RTK positioning, multi-direction obstacle avoidance, terrain-following flight and an IP55 protection rating.
