EAC 212a

About

About EAC 212a

EAC 212a is Jungheinrich’s autonomous mobile robot for high-lift pallet and stillage transport in logistics and production environments. It handles loads at floor positions, conveyor interfaces and buffer lanes, and can connect material flow to automated storage and retrieval systems. Capacity reaches 1,200 kg, transfer height reaches 1,200 mm and travel speed reaches 6 km/h.

AI-assisted 3D pallet detection compensates for position errors of up to ±100 mm and angular misalignment of ±10°, improving pickup from manually staged loads. Contour-based LiDAR navigation uses existing environmental features without artificial landmarks, while a 360-degree safety system detects and avoids obstacles during mixed operation. VDA 5050 compatibility supports host and fleet integration. A 130 Ah lithium-ion battery uses automatic opportunity charging between transport jobs to support continuous material flow.
