Open Shuttle Fork
About
About Open Shuttle Fork
Open Shuttle Fork is an autonomous mobile robot for moving pallets and other load carriers between warehouse, production and goods-handling areas. It carries up to 1,300 kilograms, accepts loads up to 1,200 × 1,200 × 2,300 millimetres and uses an integrated electric lifter across loading heights from floor level to 1,200 millimetres.
The robot rotates around its own axis and can travel sideways, supporting compact layouts and narrow manoeuvring spaces. Natural-contour localisation, automatic pallet detection, 3D obstacle detection and active obstacle avoidance support operation around people and manually driven equipment. Continuous battery operation reaches eight hours with a stated 60-minute charge, while fleet software coordinates routes and transport orders. Supported work includes line feeding, mobile picking, rack supply and links between manual or automated pallet stores.
