About K55 Pallet Stacker

K55 Pallet Stacker is Kivnon’s autonomous vehicle for transporting and lifting pallets in narrow warehouse aisles. It handles loads up to 1,200 kilograms and lifts them to 1,500 millimetres. K55B uses carrying arms for closed pallets, while the standard-fork configuration approaches open pallets from the front; their dimensions differ slightly.

Autonomous SLAM navigation maps the facility without magnetic strips, and VDA 5050 compatibility connects the vehicle to fleet-management systems. The stacker travels bidirectionally at up to 1 metre per second in its main direction, with the K55B secondary direction limited to 0.3 metres per second. Two lithium batteries support in-line trickle charging, while safety scanners, a safety PLC and emergency stops provide 360-degree coverage.

Timeline

  • Kivnon launches K03 Twister, K50 Pallet Truck and K55 Pallet Stacker AGV/AMR models

    2021-01-21 - Product Launch - K03 Twister combined a 700 × 500 × 280 mm chassis with a rotating lifting platform and up to 400 kg load capacity. The launch-era K50 and K55 vehicles were rated for pallet loads up to 1,000 kg and lift heights up to 1 metre. Magnetic guidance or SLAM-based mapping navigation was offered across the three introduced models.
