About K03 Twister

K03 Twister is Kivnon's compact low-profile mobile robot for moving loads through space-constrained industrial routes. The 700 by 500 by 280 millimetre vehicle carries up to 400 kilograms and uses a 50-millimetre lifting platform to engage supported carriers or fixtures. Its upper mechanism rotates through 360 degrees, allowing the load orientation to change independently of the base's travel direction.

Kivnon offers both magnetic and mapping-based navigation for the K03, supporting deployment in structured factory and warehouse flows. The combination of a small footprint, lift action and independent load rotation suits transfers where a conventional tugger or forklift would need more manoeuvring room. Introduced in 2021 alongside the K50 pallet truck and K55 pallet stacker, K03 is a distinct compact lifting platform.

    2021-01-21 - Product Launch - K03 Twister combined a 700 × 500 × 280 mm chassis with a rotating lifting platform and up to 400 kg load capacity. The launch-era K50 and K55 vehicles were rated for pallet loads up to 1,000 kg and lift heights up to 1 metre. Magnetic guidance or SLAM-based mapping navigation was offered across the three introduced models.
