Model C2 Heavy

Model C2 Heavy is Quasi Robotics' high-payload autonomous mobile cart for point-to-point material transport in industrial facilities. Four driven Mecanum wheels let the cart translate and turn within tight spaces, while LiDAR, stereo vision and an infrared obstacle-sensor array feed the Q.AI navigation system. Quasi Cloud Connect provides route creation, navigation zones, map visualisation and operating metrics for individual vehicles and fleets.

Two reinforced shelves each carry 113.5 kilograms, giving the cart a recommended total payload of 227 kilograms. The shelf area is 820 by 520 millimetres, and the 1,030-by-620-by-1,090-millimetre platform is specified for aisles at least 1.2 metres wide. Its 1,440-watt-hour battery supports up to 14 hours of operation and takes about 4 hours for a full charge. The current technical specification lists a 57-kilogram vehicle weight with battery, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and interfaces for fleet systems, doors, elevators and warehouse software.
