KMP 400i

KMP 400i is KUKA's compact autonomous mobile platform for moving material beneath compatible racks and carriers. SLAM, QR-code and visual-SLAM navigation options support flexible intralogistics routes, while its low 265 mm height allows underride pickup in production areas.

The 850 × 550 mm platform carries up to 400 kg and travels at up to 1.5 m/s when loaded. Operating time is stated up to eight hours, with stop accuracy of ±5 mm and ±0.5 degree. Carrier geometry, charging strategy, floor quality, traffic control and transfer interfaces must be engineered for the installation.
