MyMR-1500

MyMR-1500 is Comau's highest-payload model in the MyMR autonomous mobile robot family for indoor material transport. The differential-drive base uses natural-feature navigation, integrated two-dimensional laser scanners and optional three-dimensional cameras to map its surroundings and adjust its route around people and moving equipment. Standard and custom top modules can add lift, conveyor or load-handling interfaces for a particular production or warehouse system.

The platform carries up to 1,500 kilograms, weighs 265 kilograms and travels at up to 1.5 metres per second. Its 1,415-by-1,078-by-302-millimetre body can turn in place within an 837-millimetre sweep radius, and Comau specifies positioning accuracy of plus or minus 1 centimetre and 1 degree. The lithium-ion battery has a nominal runtime of 14 hours and charges from zero to 80 percent in about 2 hours. CANopen and TCP/IP connections support communication with the selected top module and surrounding automation.
